Refund policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not fully pleased with your product, you may return or exchange it by emailing at zahawaperfumes@gmail.com.

Our Return and exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange, the product must be mostly unused (at least 90% of the content remaining) and in its original condition.

We process all approved return and exchange requests within 7–14 working days.
Please note:

• Delivery charges from the original order are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for delivery costs when exchanging products.
• In cases of damage or leakage, we will cover all related delivery charges.
• No returns or exchanges are accepted on sale items.
